S.O.A.P Method
Hosea 6:1 NLT
"Come, let us return to the LORD, He has torn us to pieces; now he will heal us. He has injured us; now he will bandage our wounds."
Observation~ Hosea is speaking to those who has gone away from the Lord, and now they are realizing they need Him.
Application~ Sometimes the things in this world can be very hard and it does makes me fall away from God, but I just pray and remember that I am not alone and I Will always have Him on my side. Return to God immediately because He's not holding you at arm's length.
Prayer~ Dear Father God, thank You for always bringing me back to You when I am falling away. Heal the places in my heart that is not of You and that makes me feel broken or distant. Restore what I've lost and strengthen what has grown weak. Teach me to return quickly, trust deeply, and walk closely with You. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
