AquaSoul Collab and Participation Policy
Welcome to the AquaSoul Collab Program, hosted on GoAffPro. This policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and spirit of participation for all Collab members. By joining, you agree to the terms in this document.
1. About AquaSoul
AquaSoul is a home-based business in Gainesville, FL, owned and managed by Elizabeth Reed, with representatives in Beckley, WV, and Nigeria. Our Collab program is built on genuine connection, intentional growth, and community participation — not pressure or quotas.
2. About GoAffPro
The AquaSoul Collab Program is powered by GoAffPro. By registering through our portal, you also agree to GoAffPro's Terms of Service, which govern the platform and cloud services used to manage your account, referral links, and commissions.
3. Who Can Join
The AquaSoul Collab Program is open to anyone who:

Genuinely enjoys AquaSoul Community and/or products

Is willing to share authentically and participate respectfully

Understands this is not a high-pressure sales environment
You do not need an existing audience or prior experience. Every level of participation is welcome.
4. Membership Plans

🌱 Free Spirit Start sharing, supporting, and exploring AquaSoul. Great for anyone new to collabs or simply wanting to save and participate.

🌿 Starter For those with a social media presence who are ready to earn a little more through content sharing and referrals.

🌳 Growth For established content creators with an active audience who are ready to contribute consistently and grow their earnings.
Participation in the Collab Program is always free. Paid plan options are available for members seeking higher commission rates and expanded benefits.
5. Commission Structure

Refer a brand new customer to AquaSoul and earn an additional 3% on top of your base rate.
Milestone and Performance Bonuses may also apply, including:

Featured Product Opportunities:

Selected products may carry additional commission incentives during promotional periods. These will be announced inside the AquaSoul Community.

Commissions are automatically processed monthly through the payment method you select in your GoAffPro portal.
6. Participation
Sharing content, joining discussions, encouraging others, and inviting people in — this is a big part of what being a Collab member looks like. Not a requirement, but very much at the heart of the program.
Members are encouraged to:

Participate in community discussions

Support fellow members with encouragement and respect

Invite others into positive conversations
There are no quotas, sales pressure, or requirements to recruit others.
7. Rewards and Points
Collab members can earn reward points through activities including

Community participation in our groups, blogs, and/or social media profiles.

Points may be redeemed for discounts and thank-you gifts.

Points expire after 3 months of inactivity.

8. Your Responsibilities
As a Collab member you agree to:

Accurately represent AquaSoul community, programs, features, products, and values in a way that is inspiring and motivational

Avoid deceptive or misleading marketing practices

Comply with all applicable laws

Maintain confidentiality of any non-public program information

Use the GoAffPro system only as intended
9. Privacy and Data
Your information is used solely to manage your Collab membership and commissions. Data practices are governed by GoAffPro's Privacy Policy and AquaSoul's Consent Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Intellectual Property

GoAffPro retains ownership of its platform and system components. AquaSoul retains ownership of its brand, content, and materials. Members may not reproduce or misuse either without permission.

Content you create to share the AquaSoul Community with your own audience belongs to you. The exception is content explicitly pre-created by AquaSoul Community Support or Owner Elizabeth Reed — that content remains AquaSoul's.
11. Independent Contractor Status
Collab members are independent participants, not employees of AquaSoul or GoAffPro. You are responsible for any tax obligations related to commissions earned.
12. Termination
Either party may end the membership agreement at any time. Termination for non-compliance may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Upon termination, confidential information must be deleted.
13. Limitation of Liability
AquaSoul's liability is limited to commissions earned. Consequential or indirect damages are excluded. AquaSoul and GoAffPro are indemnified against claims arising from misuse or policy violations by members.
14. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
