Cancellation Policy
AquaSoul Community with Shop is committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and supportive booking experience for all services, appointments, classes, courses, consultations, and shopping assistance requests. Online Booking All bookings must be completed through our website or approved booking platform. Some services may require completion of an Intake Form before a booking can be confirmed. Booking Confirmation Bookings may be manually reviewed to ensure availability, proper scheduling, and service compatibility. Confirmation details, instructions, and next steps will be provided after approval. Payment Some services may require payment before work begins. Eligible discounts, promotions, rewards, or member benefits may be applied where available. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings online up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Requests made within 1 hour of the scheduled start time may not be eligible for cancellation or rescheduling. Booking Window Bookings may be made at any time up to 30 minutes before an available session begins. Waitlists For eligible classes and events, members may join a waitlist when sessions are full. Openings may be offered to waitlisted participants based on availability. Client Responsibilities To help us provide the best possible experience, clients agree to: Provide accurate information during booking Complete required intake forms when requested Review communications and instructions promptly Notify us of significant changes affecting the booking Understand that recommendations involving third-party retailers are subject to retailer pricing, inventory, shipping, and availability Service Limitations AquaSoul provides recommendations, educational content, consultations, community resources, inspiration, research, and related services. We do not control third-party products, pricing, inventory, shipping schedules, delivery times, or retailer policies. Purchasing decisions remain the responsibility of the customer. Group Bookings & Courses Certain classes, courses, events, and community activities may allow multiple participants. Enrollment limits, waitlists, start dates, and participation requirements may vary by program. Policy Updates AquaSoul Community with Shop reserves the right to modify this Booking Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
