We currently have around 57 curated products live. 20,000 is our ceiling — no cap holding us back as we expand into holiday, seasonal, gothic, outdoor, kids, and pet collections. For collabs and contributors, a growing catalog means more content opportunities, more referral commissions, and more ways to match what your audience actually loves.
"1 Sales Channel" — What's that?
A sales channel is the platform your store sells on — ours is Wix. One channel covers everything we need right now. As the community grows, higher DSers plans unlock additional channels like TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, and more — so when we're ready to expand, we won't be starting over.
The feature we're building toward: 5 Staff Accounts
This is where the team comes in — and Liz wants to be real with you about who she's looking for.
Owner Liz is our DSers Team Lead and the founder of this community. The people she wants alongside her aren't just helpers. They're builders. People who are ready to step into something real — not just for AquaSoul, but for themselves.
Here's what you'll do as a DSers Team Member:
Help find and research products — you become part of the curation team, actively shaping what goes in the store
Ensure sourcing match — confirming the right suppliers are connected to the right products so quality stays consistent
Restock and remove out-of-stock products — keeping the shop clean and current
Help customers find products — even if we don't carry it yet, or if it can be found for less somewhere else. That's the kind of honesty that builds real loyalty
Provide exceptional customer support and service — showing up for the community the way we'd want to be shown up for
Create your own groups and blogs on our website — your voice, your story, your corner of AquaSoul
And there's one more thing.
Every DSers team member also receives an AquaSoul Collabs ID. That means you earn commissions not just from products you help source — but from every share, every referral, every time someone clicks your link and finds something they love.

Staff accounts keep everything clean: each team member gets their own login, their own role, and access only to what they need. No shared passwords. No confusion. Just a real team running like one.

Running one supplier is a single point of failure. With 3 supplier accounts, we source from multiple AliExpress suppliers — so if one runs low, another fills the gap. It also means better pricing comparisons and dedicated sources for seasonal or specialty items without disrupting the main catalog.
