I was in a car accident in May that resulted in me getting to go to a chiropractor to resolve injuries to my neck and spine.

By 2026, the Brunch Restaurant has transformed from a weekend tradition into a high-tech, multi-sensory hospitality experience. Facing labor shortages and high ingredient costs, the sector has turned to AI-driven personalization and automated kitchen workflows to maintain margins while elevating the guest experience.
Digital-Native Service: QR-code menus have evolved into Augmented Reality (AR) interfaces. Guests can scan a dish to see its farm-to-table journey, nutritional breakdown, or even a 3D projection of the plate before ordering.
Hyper-Functional Menus: 2026 brunch trends emphasize "Nootropic Bowls" and "Gut-Friendly" cocktails. Menus are dynamic, updating in real-time based on local ingredient availability and chef-selected "trending" items from social media.
Automated Kitchen Display Systems (KDS): Small brunch spots now use AI to predict prep times and manage the "rush," ensuring that complex orders (like poached eggs and sourdough ferments) are synchronized perfectly across the line.
